Performance Analysis
Firefly provides basic and advanced tools to assist in the analysis of clients’ web presences. The Performance Analysis is linked to the Opportunity Analysis document. Based on a set of opportunities and desired outcomes established in the Opportunity Analysis, we establish a framework for measurement. This framework is a set of performance baselines (starting points) and objectives (ending points), measured over a defined period of time.
The Performance Analysis begins with an assessment, which answers the question: “Where are we now?” The next step is a definition of our goal and objectives, which answers the question: “Where do we want to be, and how long will it take to get there?" Following, we develop a set of tactics, which answers the question: “What are we doing to do, to achieve our goals and objectives?”
Measures are put in place, tactics are developed to produce the desired outcomes, and assessment is performed to correlate the results. The final step in this circular process is analysis. Given the established goals, objectives, and resulting outcomes, we analyze the objective measures and consider subjective factors that influences the results.
The outcome of the analysis is a review of goals, objectives and tactics. Based on the outcomes, good or bad, we redefine the objectives and tactics to achieve a refined set of outcomes.
The client deliverable is a Performance Analysis report. Depending on the needs, these assessments can be scheduled at intervals relevant to the need of the client (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
